By accepting our Terms and Conditions you confirm that you have complied with your own data protection obligations in respect of the personal data that you supply to us and that you are entitled to disclose such personal data to us.

Please read the Course/Programme/Workshop information carefully and ensure that you are satisfied with the venue (if course is not online), fee and suitability of content prior to booking.

Participation Fee – The participation fee is due upon online registration.

Payment Policy  – A participant’s place is secured on payment of the course fee via our online registration system.

Online Booking and Electronic Payments –

• Personal information is sent securely using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology
• Electronic payments are handled by Stripe (see their Privacy Policy here)
• At no time is credit/debit card information stored on our servers

Cancellations Policy – In the event that a course or event is cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified prior to the commencement of the Course and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy – Refunds may be made up to the day before the Course commences.

Participant Substitution – The substitution of a participant can be made at any time without penalty.
