"I've been meaning to send you a message for a while now to thank you. The sessions you did while I was on High Fliers in 2018 have stayed with me the most. As a result, I have made lots of progress over the last two years because of how I pitch. We are through to the Regional Final of the Seedcorn competition, and we had a practice pitch with Intertrade Ireland with a panel of six experts on Wednesday. I did my pitch told them the story of the problem. A story, not a pitch. Went through to the end. 15 mins. In the end, they all said it was possibly the best pitch they had seen in the competition as it was engaging not full of statistics (although there was some thrown in, of course!). I had another pitch with Enterprise Ireland to take us to HPSU the same day, another panel of 5 experts, the same result. They all said they would invest because of the pitch's quality, content and delivery. They also said the panel had never given a company all yes votes before! We were blown away. Two years later, your mentorship is still paying off. Keep up your great work helping start-ups find their voice. You can have a great business, but if you can't talk about it publicly, no one is interested. It’s just the key to it all. "
